It works as a filter and it really drives an espresso. If you are looking for the best Colombian Supremo, this is it. This wonderful Supremo comes from Hacienda Curazao in Chinchina, Caldas region. The Hacienda comprises a series of farmlots on the slopes surrounding the house, ranging in altitude from 1400-1500m.
